The train snakes along the winding path as the girl and boy meet in the unlikeliest circumstances.

There was a time when big films generally used to be released on a festival. But with changing times the whole scenario has now changed and films are planned as per the festivals. Even before the first shot is canned, the release date as per festival time
That, of course, does not mean that Chennai Express does not hit its share of rough patches. It does, but thanks to the free-wheeling energy that courses through its body, the smooth passages make up for the ones that are riddled with jerks.

If you leave logic and some of your education behind, 'Chennai Express' manages to get some chuckles out of you, keeps you entertained for part of it
If you are familiar with Rohit Shetty’s craft and think SRK is one of the best things to happen to Hindi cinema, then ‘Chennai Express’ is a blockbuster.
Besides, the festive season of Eid and dismal releases during the fast period (barring Bhaag Milkha Bhaag) has paved the path for good response.
