'I believe in making films that entertain, that suits the festival mood in the fullest sense.  I have been trying to make the best of the packaging with all those ingredients that are needed to make my films fullfledged entertainers - songs, dances, humor, sentiments, a bit of action, and drama. That is exactly my recipe for successes', director Shafi said in an interview a couple of months back.

Stop confusing me! Anil Kapoor playing a cigar-smoking lawyer who looks like an emaciated avatar of Winston Churchill on a bad-hair day tells Irrfan Khan during the course of this astonishingly abstruse piece of suspenseful filmmaking.

It's jingle bells time in London.
There are some movies that are so fast paced that they do not let you think for a moment. There are others that have so much of drama and suspense built in the proceedings that they continue to make the viewers think every passing minute.

Chocolate is an average film in holistic perspective. The first half is pretty entertaining and the second half is rather predictable. This film is definitely not a boring one. You can watch it once, if you can bear the scent Tamil and double entendres. But you can't afford to miss that negative portrayal of Suhasini character in which she mesmerizes you with those victorious smirks and cunning glints.
