Emi - Movie Reviews

EMI has its share of interesting moments but they are few and far between. Disappointing!
Bollywood Hungama
The characters are wafer thin, the writing is shoddy and the situations are just ridiculous - we even have to suffer Sattar Bhai, played predictably by Sanjay Dutt, romancing Urmila Matondkar who is supposed to be a widow with a ten lakh loan on her head
NDTV
There's nothing that works in this film not even Urmila Matondkar as the woman who wants her husband's life insurance and engages hoodlums to get her due. Nor Sanjay Dutt in a fleeting appearance.

Watch this one if you’re a Sanju Baba fan and are not bored of his usual tapori act. Otherwise, the movie starts and ends so abruptly, you’ll wonder what happened when you see the credits. My take? Watch Munnabhai (M.B.B.S or Lage Raho) again instead.

Watch it for Sanjay Dutt, that's it!!!
