This comedy, which is releasing three years after it was made, has its high points, but still leaves a lot left to be desired for.

There are good expectations that one carries from an alternate camp that the likes of Rajat Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla and Vinay Pathak have cultivated over the years. However, notso-entertaining outings in the form of 'Raat Gayi Baat Gayi' and 'Pappu Can't Dance Saala' has made one apprehensive of products coming out of this camp. Now (unfortunately) add 'Fatso' to the list. What seemed like a wonderful idea seems to have been left at a half baked stage, hence turning out to be an affair that would go largely unnoticed.

Fatso is a good plot gone bad. The film could've worked well if the execution of it may have been better.

There are no laugh-out-loud or sob-out-hard moments in the film. The tragedy of the girl losing her lover on the eve of their marriage is drowned in a pool of mock, surreal situations created more from a sense of mischief than profundity. But the film is
