Mogudu - Movie Reviews

Krishna Vamsi did well in building up the story. By the time of Interval, the film changes color and Krishna Vamsi brought that on to the screen in a convincing manner. He has brilliantly shown how small ego clashes lead to big fights in marriages. The film revolves around the entire value of marriage and also talks about how a small ego clash can ruin, properly built relationship as well
Andhra & Telangana Wishesh
Not the best work of Krishna Vamsi!!
Gulte
First half of the film is entertaining. The crucial second half doesn't live up to the promise shown by the first half. Krishna Vamsi’s strength is used well in the first half. Over dramatization and grey streak in heroine’s characterization don't go well in the second half. On a whole, Mogudu film is targeted towards family crowds.
Idle Brain
Mogudu is a film that should have been ideally released in the times of EVV Satyanarayana and Muthyala Subbaiah.  No, we are not complaining about how the hero comes to marry the heroine twice in the film.  The problem is that there are many things in Mogudu that seem too much to digest.  Gopichand looks twice the age of the average Telugu hero; Tapsee taps her tears twice as is required; everyone from Roja and Rajendra Prasad to the heroheroine duo scream twice their pitch; characters slap one another twice more than expected.  (Shraddha Das shows her skin twice more than she has done previously, but we are not complaining about that).
India Glitz
At the box office, the film will find it hard to survive. The only consolation is Taapsee, only she can pull in some crowds. Bottomline: Drama Mogudu
Great Andhra
Rajendra Prasad and Naresh are the only two who’ve managed to keep their end respectable
